She has over 8 years’ experience in B2C and healthcare research. For 4 years she has worked for PMR Research where she was responsible for recruitment, CATI and CAWI research. She also helped create research panel.

Recruiting is her strength as she is able to find the most difficult respondent. That is why in FplusR Justyna is responsible for recruiting payers, opinion leaders, heads of hospital departments, hospital managers, etc. She is also responsible for coordinating quantitative projects. She is very communicative person so she is also responsible for domestic customer service. Prior to her career in research she worked as a sales person in telecommunication industry.
